Oh, we were soo close to getting a Vote for the Girls victory on The Voice 9 tonight!
The nine Vote for the Girls picks in The Voice season 9 quarter-finals returned to the stage to learn the results of last night’s votes (and we hoped that you voted for them for the Vote for the Girls victory). Eight singers (all of them Vote for the Girls picks) will be assured a place in next week’s semifinals.
Seven of the the quarter-finalists (also all Vote for the Girls picks) made The Voice history as their songs hit the top 10 on the iTunes charts at the close of voting December 1. All eight Vote for the Girls picks (Emily Ann Roberts, Jordan Smith, Jefferey Austin, Barrett Baber, Madi Davis, Amy Vachal, Zach Seabaugh, and Shelby Brown) have made the semifinals.
All was good for the victory until Korin Bukowski faced her third straight instant elimination and a disaster; it is nonetheless an episode that ends in the most painful eliminations (if not the most painful).
